Actually, while I did not win (video poker), played strong, and did see and hear many others hitting. Wife also raved about the spa, where she enjoyed a great massage, which was great for me to spend more time in the casino losing money. Wife really enjoyed the walking path that runs behind the hotel, called the Angel Park Trail, it runs the distance of the golf course, and is quite secure. The pool/hot tub is incredible, with good hours. Du-pars does have the best pancakes in town (as confirmed by a volunteered statement of our server at Hash House A Go Go once he found out we were staying at Suncoast). Tried Java Vegas Coffee, not to our liking, ended up driving towards Red Rock to a Dunkin'. Room spacious, clean, and well appointed. Our view was of the mountains, and the golf course.
Requested, and received, a room on a higher floor. Check-in was easy, however, understand the parking gig takes some advance study. Summerlin is a gorgeous area, and, the Sun Coast is a beautiful hotel. On our 36th visit to Las Vegas, this is our first venture to the West Side.
